Behind each of these little kittens is a story. A story of abandonment, loneliness and sometimes great danger – but above all, a story of someone who chose not to look away. 

These kittens were rescued by dedicated animal rescuers in Greece. Some were found all alone on the streets, others had desperately hidden inside car engines, were abandoned or were living in cat colonies. Some were safer there than they would have been on the streets, but they were so friendly and trusting towards people that the rescuers simply could not leave them behind.

Their stories may be different, but they all deserve the same thing: a home where they can finally feel safe, loved and truly belong – for the rest of their lives.

Some are a little shy at first and need some time to gain confidence. Others are outgoing, curious and immediately seek the attention of their humans. Some are calm and cuddly, while others are full of energy and would happily spend the whole day playing and discovering the world.

Each one has their own unique personality – and that is exactly what makes them so special.

Our kittens are adopted exclusively as indoor cats. If there is a balcony, it must be fully secured and cat-proofed.

Because cats are social animals, we do not place our kittens as single cats. They are either adopted together with a suitable companion or into a home with an existing social, non-dominant cat.

We don't simply want each kitten to find a home – we want them to find the right home, where they can feel completely safe and loved, surrounded by patience, care and everything they need to thrive.

These little souls didn't have an easy start in life. Now, all they need is one more thing: a family who will show them just how wonderful a real home can be.
