Lizzy did not have an easy start in life. As a tiny kitten, she was abandoned on the streets of Athens – defenseless and in great danger. She was rescued at the very last moment and has been bravely fighting her way back into life ever since.

And what a little miracle she is: affectionate, cuddly, and full of longing for closeness. Lizzy loves to play and explore – and then curl up as close as possible to her humans. Being alone is very hard for her. She simply wants to belong.

Once, she was already allowed to hope. But the home she found was not the right one for her – she did not get along with the cats who were already living there. Now she is searching for happiness once again.

Lizzy needs a gentle, non-dominant feline friend at her side. With a calm, social companion, she can truly blossom and feel safe.

A home with children is not suitable for Lizzy, as it causes her a great deal of stress. Instead, she longs for a quiet, loving environment.

Despite a mild heart condition, which is checked once a year, Lizzy leads a completely normal and happy life.

She is waiting so much to finally arrive. Forever. With people who love her – and will never let her go again.
