Ramon was found sick and severely emaciated on the streets of Athens. At the veterinary clinic it turned out that he had been hit by a car and had a hernia. Fortunately, he was able to undergo successful surgery and was then allowed to move to a loving foster home.
Today, Ramon is a calm and well-balanced tomcat who greatly enjoys life in a safe home. He loves sleeping on the sofa or curling up in a cat cave. He is also a real gourmet and, despite everything he has been through, has preserved his will to live.
Ramon gets along wonderfully with other cats. He loves their company and is also very much appreciated by them. In his foster home, he has given many orphaned kittens a sense of security as a loving “surrogate uncle”. For this reason, the ideal home for him would include a friendly, non-dominant cat.
However, the hard life on the streets has left its mark. Ramon is cautious around people and currently does not like to be touched or petted. He does not show any aggression – he simply needs time, patience, and people who respect his boundaries. Perhaps one day he will learn to trust, perhaps not. The most important thing is that he is accepted just the way he is.
After everything Ramon has had to endure, he finally deserves a loving home – a place where he can live in safety, simply be a cat, and peacefully enjoy his twilight years.
Who will give Ramon the chance of a new life?
