When the animal rescuers found Terence, it broke their hearts.
 
He was lying motionless in front of the entrance to an apartment building. He had not moved from that spot for over 24 hours. He did not eat, did not run away – he was simply waiting. The residents were very worried and urgently asked for help.

When the rescuers arrived, it quickly became clear: Terence had no strength left. He was exhausted, frightened and so weak that he did not even try to escape.
Fortunately, the X-ray showed no serious injuries. Only an inflammation in the pelvic area, probably caused by a fall or a collision with a car. Whether Terence got lost or was simply abandoned without a second thought will probably never be known. No one was looking for him. He had no registered microchip. No one seemed to miss him.

But Terence has kept his trust in people.

In his foster home, he showed after only a short time what a wonderful tomcat he truly is. He follows his foster dad everywhere, loves every bit of affection and enjoys being close to his humans with all his heart. He also gets along wonderfully with other cats.

Today, Terence is healthy again, safe, and ready for a new chapter.

All he is missing now is a loving home with people who will never let him down again.

Terence is a gentle, incredibly cuddly tomcat with a big heart. Anyone who gives him a chance will gain a loyal friend for life.
