Sometimes life writes the most incredible stories. Sertab’s story began on a busy road, where the little cat was running around completely terrified. In search of a safe hiding place, she finally climbed into the engine compartment of a parked car. With a lot of patience, gentle words and a few treats, she was eventually rescued. When she finally walked into the carrier all by herself, it was almost as if she sensed that everything was going to be alright now. 

Today, hardly anything reminds of the frightened little kitten from back then. Sertab has grown into a cheerful, outgoing and incredibly loving young cat.

She loves people more than anything and actively seeks their closeness. Cuddling, petting and spending time together are the best parts of the day for her. She enjoys every bit of attention and thanks for it with loud purring and her enchanting nature.

Sertab also loves to play just as much. She is curious, bright and full of joy for life. With great enthusiasm she chases after toys, explores her surroundings and, with her funny ideas, never fails to bring a smile.

It is especially important that Sertab does not have to live alone. She gets along wonderfully with other cats, seeks their company and loves to play and cuddle with them. That is why the wish is for her to find a home with a friendly young cat, or to be adopted together with a suitable feline friend.

After everything she has been through, the hope is for Sertab to find people who will give her love, security and a safe home. She will thank them every day with her affection, her trust and her cheerful nature.
